DESMAN LOOKING FOR TRAFFIC ENGINEERS

DESMAN is seeking senior and junior level Traffic Engineers to help grow our traffic engineering practice. This is a unique opportunity to assist in building a new traffic engineering office for the firm in any of the following locations: Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Hartford, Las Vegas, New York and Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate for the traffic engineering position should possess the following:
Junior Level: 5 years of experience in traffic engineering including traffic impact analysis, operational analysis, traffic simulation/modeling and traffic signal design.
Senior Level: P.E. and 7 years of progressive engineering experience in traffic engineering; excellent client management and client relationship skills; experience in marketing new work and proposal preparation. Priority consideration will be made to candidates who can bring a client base to the firm; ability to lead and instruct younger professional and technical staff in a team building environment; and ability to manage and direct multiple assignments simultaneously.
