DESMAN TRANSPORTATION

We are pleased to announce the formation of DESMAN TRANSPORTATION for the expansion of our traffic engineering and transportation planning services. This expansion enables DESMAN to strengthen our in-house services and expertise for public, private and institutional clients and provide comprehensive solutions to any transportation and parking project.

Paul Kitsakos

DESMAN TRANSPORTATION is augmented by the addition of Paul Spero Kitsakos as its new Director. Mr. Kitsakos has more than 27 years of hands-on experience in the transportation and parking industries and comes to us from a worldwide engineering corporation, as its Manager of Traffic and Parking Services. His experience and expertise with U.S. and international projects will provide added capabilities and dimensions to DESMAN. Mr. Kitsakos will be based in Chicago, IL to serve national and local clients and will be supported by the capability of Jerry Salzman, AICP.

Jerry Salzman

Mr. Salzman is a recognized expert with more than 27 years experience in planning effective traffic and parking solutions throughout the country. Messer's Kitsakos and Salzman will be supported by other key staff located in DESMAN's regional offices.
