DENVER
Our growing Denver location is currently seeking a Licensed PROJECT ENGINEER with 5 to 7 years experience in the design of concrete structures.
Ideal candidate would have the ability to perform structural analysis and design, including production of contract documents and technical specifications. Knowledge and experience with cast-in-place post-tensioned and Precast concrete systems is required, as is restoration project experience. Good written and oral communication skills are important to interact with clients and other disciplines. Proficiency with engineering programs such as ETABS, SAP or Risa is necessary. Ground up opportunity.

We are also currently seeking ARCHITECTURAL/STRUCTURAL DRAFTING TECHNICIAN with 3 to 5 years experience in the design of concrete structures.

We are seeking an energetic MARKETING PROFESSIONALfor our Boston Office.
Responsibilities include responding to requests for information; proposal development/generation and other marketing/business development related activities. Candidates must possess a strong set of written and oral communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines. Previous A/E experience strongly desired. Position provides growth opportunity with a long-term career path for an experienced self-starter who can work in a multi-task environment. Strong PC, internet and graphic skills are required.
DESMAN is currently seeking RESTORATION ARCHITECTS / ENGINEERS for our growing Boston, MA office.
Ideal candidate will have a BS and experience in the restoration of concrete, steel & masonry structures. Experience with AutoCAD. project management experience and good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work from scaffolding and swing stages. Prefer licensed Structural Engineers and Architects but professionals working towards registrations will also be considered.

DESMAN's Chicago office is currently seeking an experienced PROJECT ARCHITECT interested in working in an A/E firm specializing in a niche market.
This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in mixed-use buildings and transportation structures and gain valuable experience coordinating and developing challenging projects with a variety of design professionals. Candidate should have 5 years plus experience and should be able to take and develop a concept design, handle design production and sub-consultant coordination with a keen interest in learning to grow as an A/E professional. AutoCAD and MS Office experience is needed.
We are also currently seeking STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS (All Levels) for DESMAN's downtown Chicago office.
Candidate must have capability to manage all aspects of structural design including production of contract documents and technical specifications. Candidate should be able to develop a design under minimal supervision. Working knowledge of building codes, scheduling and construction standards is necessary. This position will also involve managing other design professionals and direct client contact. AutoCAD and MS Office experience is needed.
