Features: 1,500-car space, three-bay wide horizontal expansion on six supported levels plus grade.

Description: A 1,500-car expansion was added to the original 1,500-car parking structure (486,000 square feet) located on East 100th Street within the Cleveland Clinic Campus. Constructed of post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete, the six supported levels have horizontal traffic surfaces finished with micro-silica concrete to match the existing structure. Exterior walls are open above brick-faced masonry sill walls to permit natural ventilation. This facility was designed to help offset the parking deficit on the hospital campus, which was caused by current and future expansion. This new facility houses hospital employees and visitors. The façade was designed to match the existing facility. Lighting, signage and security features were updated in the existing facility as part of our scope.
