Features: 840-spaces, two added levels to an existing three level structureal steel and concrete parking garage.

Description: Facing a severe parking shortage and with no available land, Maimonides Medical Center retained DESMAN Associates to analyze their existing 30 year old parking garage to determine if vertical expansion were possible. DESMAN reviewed the existing structural steel and foundation design and determined that two additional levels could be added on top. The addition was completed with minimal impact to the existing garage which remained open and functioning throughout the construction period.
