Features: 10-level, 614-car parking structure constructed of post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete.

Description: DESMAN Associates has been involved with several parking structures at the University Hospitals of Cleveland over the last 25 years. Rainbow Babies & Childrens Hospital: The pediatric hospital of University Hospitals of Cleveland, Ohio, is the only hospital in Cleveland dedicated solely to the comprehensive care of children and has once again ranked number one in the Midwest and the Region, ranking #6 among all pediatric programs in America by U.S. News & World Report. The facilities features include a primary glass-enclosed stair/elevator tower and a vehicle entry/exit that emulates Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital’s main facility, Horvitz Tower, in appearance. The exterior facade is a combination of stained precast panels, brick and cast-in-place parapet walls. DESMAN Associates is the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record.
