Features: 750-car space, 3-bay wide parking structure on 4 supported levels plus grade. 4 acre-feet of water detention.

Description: The Downers Grove Parking structure is intended to provide much needed parking in the Central Business district, thereby creating infrastructure to support future development. The structure will contain approximately 700 parking spaces on 5 levels that will serve CBD employees, METRA commuters, visitors and the public. Much attention was given to the exterior treatment and building scale such that it would maintain the villages architectural style and promote a pedestrian friendly environment. The facility also contains 4 acre-feet of storm water detention, and an area for small indoor festivals. DESMAN is the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record.
