Description: This Chicago Landmark status office tower was built in 1921 and is located on Washington Street in Chicago. The forty-story structure basically consists of an iron superstructure with a glazed terra cotta masonry fa?ade. Desman was retained to visually inspect and evaluate the terra cotta fa?ade and develop a repair program for the managing agent. Minor damage and deterioration was observed to the fa?ade along with some cracked units identified along the parapet portions of the structure.
