Description: This 4 level plus grade structure includes a city bus transit stop with passenger waiting and toilet facilities, a parking garage for 400 cars, offices for the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority and a pedestrian bridge connecting the fourth floor of the parking structure to the Dils Center across an active alley.
Site improvements, vehicle access and revenue control, security enclosures, signage and communication systems, vehicle wash down and office tenant fit-out were included. DESMAN Associates served as the parking functional and programming engineer for the proposal documents in conjunction with NVisions Architects. The project team prepared the proposal for soliciting the Design-Builder, reviewed the design drawings and monitored the construction for consistency with the programming.
