Description: Located on harbor front property of South Boston, the Fan Pier Development is a World Class venture bringing to life the ultimate expression of upscale urban vitality in a commanding location. The site consists of 21 acres of waterfront property spanning 9 city blocks. The project is comprised of over 3 million sq ft of LEED certified office space, luxury residences, boutique hotels, spas and upscale restaurants fronted by a 6 acre deep water yachting marina.
Beneath this massive development, a well planned and programmed continuous, 3 level, 750,000 square feet parking facility will provide 2,100 spaces entirely below grade and sea-level for the Patrons of Fan Pier’s upscale retail, business, residential and marina amenities.
DESMAN’s roles include the Prime Parking Consultant for the parking master plan and Parking consultant/designer for each contiguous component
