Description: This parking facility is necessitated in response to the Office Building that is being delivered under a separate contract. Pfizer is anticipated to experience a parking shortage due to the reduction in current onsite surface parking and this garage will serve the long-term parking needs of the corporate employees.
The facility consists of a pre-cast concrete superstructure with spread footings and cast-in-place foundations. The exterior façade is comprised of simple pre-cast concrete spandrels with reticulated joints in order to create visual interest while visually reducing the scale of the structure. The garage includes three glass-backed stair towers, including one glass-backed elevator core, for enhanced visibility and safety.
