Description: DESMAN ASSOCIATES is the Architect of Record, Structural Engineer and Parking Consultant for this 750 space campus facility, working with Clough Harbour, as the prime consultant. The team is developing surface parking lots in addition to this garage, as Phase 1 of structured parking supply. The garage will accommodate faculty in nested areas as well as students in the public parking portion of the structure.
The garage will be connected to an academic building by an elevated pedestrian walkway located adjacent to the main elevator core lobby. A campus security office is situated at the front of the garage and also serves as an architectural feature together with two walls raising the full height of the structure.
The building is designed to expand to the east in the future with minimal disruption during construction to ongoing operations.
