Description: DESMAN Associates has been retained to assist Computer Associates in developing parking improvements that responds to their master plan for expansion and development of their World Headquarters in Islandia, New York. The first garage was designed to support the conversion of warehouse space to office space. This 2000-space facility was designed to accommodate two horizontal expansions to keep up with parking demands associated with future development. Architectural features of the main office tower were incorporated into the design of the garage. DESMAN Associates provided functional design, architectural production and structural engineering.
