Description: The O?Neil?s Building Parking Facility is a 578-car space, six-level, (five supported) parking structure built to serve the adjoining, renovated O?Neil?s Office Building and Canal Park, home of the Akron Arrows Minor League Baseball Team. The lower parking level of the cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete structure is below street level and connects to the baseball stadium via an underground pedestrian tunnel. The lower level has provisions to accommodate 9,000 square feet of commercial/retail space in association with ?The Garden Walk? along the river. Stair/elevator lobbies have direct access to several office floors of the O?Neil?s Building. DESMAN is the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record and Parking Consultant.
