Features: Two-bay wide, 120-car space parking structure on two supported levels plus grade with 6,000 square feet of ground level commercial/retail space.

Description: The 120-care Delmar Avenue parking facility was built to serve hourly retail and restaurant parking in the ?Delmar Loop? central district as well as other night life activities created by the restored ?Beau Arts? Tivoli Theatre directly across the street. The garage is owned by the city of University City with minimum annual revenue projections guaranteed by a group of local merchants who required structured parking to support their commercial operations. A total of 6,000 square feet of ground level commercial/retail space is provided along Delmar Avenue. The structural system is cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete with pre-cast architectural concrete on the exterior fa?ade. Desman is the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record.
