Description: As part of the City of El Paso/Sun Metro's program management team, DESMAN developed several conceptual parking/bus transit functional/circulation schemes for the intermodal transit/parking facility in El Paso. The facility is located on a block bound by Overland, Durango, San Antonio, and Leon Street. Ground level retail and a train exhibition center has also been included. Funding was provided by local and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) sources.

DESMAN Associates is the Structural Engineer of Record and Parking/Transit Consultant for the functional design of the new facility.
