Description: The Adams/Wabash Self-Park supports the hourly, daily and monthly parking demand in the Southeast corner of Chicago's downtown Loop. The structural framing system is comprised of long span cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete beams and slabs with pre-cast concrete facade elements along the first level of the garage. The pre-cast facade is a classic column and beam design, which complements the Chicago Style of Architecture.
DESMAN served as the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record and Parking Consultant with Lowenberg Fitch Architects serving as design consultant for the exterior facade.
