Description: The Boulevard in St. Louis is a 3 phased mixed-use development intended to create a vibrant new main street for the neighboring community of Richmond Heights. The development contains 230,000 square feet of lifestyle retail and restaurant space, approximately 300 residential units, 500,000 square feet of class A office space and a hotel.

The development is planned to contain nearly 3,000 structured parking spaces and will be designed and built in 3 phases. DESMAN was the Architect and Engineer of Record for the Phase 1 garage, which contains nearly 600 spaces on 5 levels. The deck is 2 bays wide and utilizes a pre-cast concrete structural system. The deck features direct connections to the adjacent buildings, truck service access and a basement level water detension area.
