Description: The South Campus Gateway Parking Facility is constructed to accommodate hourly, daily and monthly parkers comprised primarily of retail, residential, and theatre patrons as well as daily office and student parkers. Monthly permits are available for retail, office, student and residential users as well.

The facility is a four bay wide post-tensioned concrete structure containing 1,196 parking spaces on five levels including grade. There are two three lane entrances, each with one reversible lane, at opposite ends of the facility to accommodate peak demand ingress and egress. A residential development envelops the other three bays at each end of the facility accommodating 12 luxury townhouse units on three levels. Ramping was accommodated at an end bay of the facility to maximize search and find within the individual levels of the facility. Three high speed hydraulic glass-backed elevators are housed in the centrally located main stair/elevator towers to maximize vertical pedestrian circulation. Two additional glass stair towers are provided for egress.
