Description: DESMAN was retained by General Growth Properties to prepare design/build criteria documents for a two level parking structure for the Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Texas. Stonebriar Centre features six major department stores, a third-level, multi-screen AMC Theatre, a NHL size ice-arena and 160 tenants comprising approximately 500,000 square feet of GLA accommodating large space users and theme restaurants. The criteria documents were used to receive various bids by local prequalified contractors. DESMAN’s roll included peer review of design/build contract drawings and specifications, along with construction phase services.
