Description: The Wilson Yard project is located at the northwest corner building of Montrose and Broadway in Chicago, Illinois. The mixed-use development includes a seven story, 80 unit residential mid-rise building, a seven story, 98 unit senior housing mid-rise building, two parking structures totaling 500 parking spaces, 30,000 square feet of retail and a two-story, 180,000 square foot Target retail store.

The structural system for the residential and parking is cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete and structural steel for the Target floors.

DESMAN is the Structural Engineer of Record and Parking Consultant for this project to be completed in 2009.
