Description: DESMAN Associates is currently providing restoration services on this 700 car, six-level, partially underground parking structure.

The structure was built in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of a precast prestressed concrete double tee deck supported by precast prestressed concrete beams and conventionally reinforced concrete columns. Phase II consisted of a post-tensioned concrete deck supported by a composite steel frame. The scope of repairs consisted of full and partial-depth removal and replacement of structurally supported floor slabs and removal and replacement of unsound concrete areas of the beams and columns. The work also included installation of a traffic-bearing waterproof membrane. Construction Inspection and Contract Administration Services.
