Features: 500± car, five-level, pre-cast concrete structure with infrastructure improvements including an underground electric substation and above grade chiller plant.

Description: The RPI parking facility accommodates both employees and students at the campus. In addition, the parking garage will provide parking for special events at the performing arts center, presently under construction, to the West of the garage site.

The garage façade consists of a brick base with brick and glass stair/elevator towers. The pre-cast concrete façade utilizes a panelized system with horizontal rails and vertical fins in a light colored architectural finish.

DESMAN provided architectural and structural engineering services for the parking facility and was also responsible for the design of an underground electric substation (10,000 s.f.) and an adjacent chiller plant (4,000 s.f.)
