Description: The Potawatomi Bingo Casino parking garage was designed to house 1,190-car spaces on four bays on a total of four levels, three supported plus grade, with the ability for a future two level vertical expansion. The façade uses brick at the base and pre-cast panels at the perimeter above to complement the look of the casino. The structural system for this single helix ramping system is cast-in-place post-tensioned on steel pipe piles.

The foundation for a future pedestrian bridge was also provided to connect the garage to the casino. Because of the nature of the users, special attention was paid to security. Glass back elevators and glass enclosed stair towers as well as CTV and call for assistance stations were provided throughout the garage.

A possible Phase II project is being discussed to expand the garage vertically two levels and a Phase III project to expand the garage horizontally as well that would mirror the existing garage. DESMAN Associates is the Prime Architect and Structural Engineer of Record and Parking Consultant.
