DESMAN wins Award of Merit for Bergen Town Center

DESMAN Associates is proud to have received the Pennsylvania Parking Association 2010 Parking Design & Innovation Awards, Award of Merit for the Bergen Town Center Garage in Paramus, NJ. The award was for New Design More Than 1,000 Spaces. The DESMAN Team was Tim Tracy as Principal-in-Charge, Mike Pendergrass as Project Coordinator and Hisham Asaad as the Project Engineer. Congratulations to the DESMAN Team who worked so hard on this great project!

The Bergen Town Center is a five-level, 1500-car, pre-cast concrete mixed-use parking structure. The facility provides parking in the middle of the mall, with the retail flanking three sides. The grade level of the parking facility also included 95,000 sf of retail and mall space. DESMAN provided Functional Design, Architectural Production and Structural Engineering.
