Ribbon Cutting at Central Ave. Parking Ramp in Dubuque, IA

DESMAN’s Central Avenue Parking Ramp at 10th and Central Streets in Dubuque, Iowa was dedicated in an official ribbon cutting ceremony, Tuesday, August 16, 2011.

This 7-level, 471 parking facility and fire headquarters expansion project was built to support and encourage continued development in downtown Dubuque. DESMAN was the functional planner, prime architect and structural engineer of record.

The event was attended by the Mayor and other City of Dubuque officials. It was a big success and will serve as an important catalyst for future jobs and development.
