Construction is underway for 75 Broadway, future home of Biogen’s new headquarters — the first commercial lab/office building within the Kendall Common redevelopment in Cambridge.

DESMAN led the parking master planning and functional design for the three-level below-grade garage serving all six buildings across Kendall Common, including 75 Broadway. Our scope included parking layout optimization, PARCS integration, and wayfinding design, supporting one of the region’s most transformative mixed-use developments.
