Located within the historic context of Oklahoma City’s Arts District, the COTPA Oklahoma City Parking Garage is a mixed-use development consisting of a multi-story parking garage with ground level retail as a base for a future four-level residential component. The 7-level parking garage has 802 spaces mostly open to the public with the 7^th level planned for future restricted parking for use of the residential tenants. The future expansion will include a transfer level to create a podium for the residential construction; this allows for a most efficient parking layout via use of long-span structural bays on the parking levels.

DESMAN is the Structural Engineer of Record for this project. The Architect for this project was TAP ARCHITECTURE. This project won the 2015 IPI Award for Architectural Achievement and the 2015 IPI Award of Merit for Best Parking Facility over 800 Spaces.
