Summary

This project consisted of developing a five-year capital outlay plan for four of the parking structures owned and operated by the John Hopkins Parking Corporation. Based on the assessment, DESMAN prepared and implemented repair documents for Rutland, Washington, Church Home, and McElderry.

These same four facilities in addition to three more (Caroline Street, Orleans Street, and Weinberg Center) underwent another condition assessment. Based on this assessment DESMAN prepared and implemented repair documents for Caroline, Washington, Orleans, and Rutland Garages. The assessment report for all seven garages was again updated in years later.

An updated condition assessment of all seven facilities was recently completed followed by priority repair documents for Rutland Street Garage.
