Springfield’s Carpark and Landing Opens!

What an incredible day in Springfield! On August 27th, we joined city and state leaders to cut the ribbon on the Convention Center Carpark and Landing — a new 818-space garage and public plaza designed to bring fresh energy, art, and gathering space to downtown.

Located at Harrison & Dwight, just across from the MassMutual Center, the Carpark replaces an outdated structure and now features future restaurant and retail space, EV charging, and a lightwell connecting directly to the Landing plaza for community gathering and art activations.

Shout-out to our Boston-based Senior Project Managers, Bill Fair and Wes Wilson, who played a key role in the Carpark’s success and were on hand to celebrate the opening alongside Mayor Domenic Sarno, the MCCA, and local leaders.

We’re excited to see the Carpark and Landing become a hub for Springfield — supporting events, connecting the community, and creating new opportunities for years to come.
